Auburn Selected by China to exchange students participating in Auburns award winning Fisheries progr PDF Print E-mail

The government of China has recognized Auburn University's Department of Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures as housing the premier program of its type in the world and that has brought about a partnership between Auburn and the university housing China's most prestigious fisheries programs.

Ten students from China's Ocean University will be selected by fisheries faculties at both schools and will arrive at Auburn in fall 2008. This is the first time a foreign country has paid the way for so many students and for faculty exchanges.
Auburn professors will also teach short courses in China.
